Location: Chicago Central

We are seeking an Account Sales Representative (ASR) to join our Women’s Health sales team!

The ASR will provide service and sales support to drive market adoption and business growth. Key responsibilities include assisting Clinical Field Specialists (CFS) in increasing revenue and expanding market development through direct sales to MFMs and OB/GYNs. This role involves building and maintaining key relationships and contributing to a strategic business plan to support rapid revenue growth. The focus will be on both existing products and new product launches.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Support CFS in closing business opportunities.
  • Work alongside assigned CFS to maintain and grow existing customer relationships.
  • Assess the needs of medical professionals and staff, offering customer support, logistics coordination, and problem-solving solutions.
  • Promote a high standard of client and patient relations, fostering a supportive and professional environment.
  • Maintain confidentiality of laboratory and financial information.
  • Adhere to all company policies, regulations, and compliance procedures.
  • Complete miscellaneous duties within designated timeframes.
  • Communicate with internal teams and customers to ensure high-quality service.
  • Build and sustain a service-oriented relationship with clients.
  • Utilize strong personal and professional skills to deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
  • Background in medical or biological sciences preferred.

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Recognized sales professional with a history of individual achievements.
  • Highly motivated, flexible, and results-driven with strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to present effectively to both internal and external customers.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to assess and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Gmail, and Salesforce.com.

This role offers a competitive base salary with uncapped quarterly commissions, along with a car allowance and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
