Account Executive – Science & Clinical Staffing

What You’ll Do

• Drive new business development within the Science & Clinical space
• Manage territory growth through prospecting, networking, and client outreach
• Generate and qualify leads, schedule meetings, and deliver compelling presentations
• Create proposals, negotiate contracts, and close staffing and workforce solutions deals
• Partner closely with recruiting teams to ensure exceptional client delivery and candidate experience
• Build long-term client partnerships while growing revenue and market presence

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of business development or staffing sales experience
• Experience in Science, Clinical, Healthcare, or Life Sciences staffing preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to generate new business and exceed sales goals
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
