First things first. The all important phone interview.

Have a glass of water in front of you. Have a copy of your resume in front of you. Have a brief list of your accomplishments for your current and past positions. But well before that interview, review Behavioral interview questions and have a good idea of how you would answer each. It’s a really good idea to practice with a partner.

Most importantly, show enthusiasm. This can be hard to maintain in a phone interview, but you really want to get across how much you want to work for XYZ company and how much you love what you do.
