Wide Web Flexographic Pressman ^

Manufacturer is seeking a Wide Web Flexographic pressman with experience printing on plastics to work in location producing flexible packaging bags and pouches.      $30 – $44 an hour+ OT Benefits – Relo if needed

This position reports directly to the Production Manager. The Operator will be responsible for operating the press, changing inks and loading material, efficiently with good quality.

Company makes bags for food and beverage, pharmaceutical packaging.  They are expanding due to demand and adding an extra shift and equipment as well as replacing people retiring from the company.

The company is essential and has NOT shut down and has NOT laid off any employee and will not..

Positions are open on all 3 shifts!!!

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Complete press make-readies 
• Producing films printed with quality.
• Various cutting and creasing styles (bar/cut scores, perforations)
• Inspecting for quality
• Maintaining a neat and orderly work area 
• Completing preventative maintenance

Experience:

1 to 2 plus years’ of experience as a Press Operator, knowledge in the operation of a offset sheet or Web press OR Similar (Comexi, F&K, W&H, Kidder ect).
