3+ year of manufacturing management experience, a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or other related fields and/or 7-10 years of overall manufacturing experience, a strong background in metal fabrication including proficiency in mig and tig welding as well as advanced fitting experience, experience with aluminum and steel welding per AWS specifications D1.1, D1.2, D15.1, and D17.1, and strong computer and blueprint reading skills.
Experience with Lean Six Sigma, ERP/MRP systems, and working within ISO9001 and AS9100 standards are pluses.
Four day workweek (Mon-Thurs)! Full benefits package after 90 days of employment and paid time off after 6 months. Paid holidays to start.
