Our client is currently looking for a Warranty Manager in Gainesville FL
This person will have success in solving homeowners concerns and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a very fast paced environment.
The person in this role will be self- driven, have strong attention to detail, and excellent time management skills. This person should also have the ability to interact with customers, sub-contractors, and builders in a professional manner. They will also be hands-on with minor warranty repair needs and know basic trades and building practices for all manor of repair requests.

What you will do:
-Assess, schedule, and perform (hands-on) all warranty repairs for homeowners
-Ensure that all repairs are made to the Client high standards
-Perform walk-thru with Homeowners to inspect all concerns
-Monitor and ensure that the repair schedule is maintained
-Perform minor repairs if needed vs call in subcontractors
High School Diploma or GED
5+ years of (Trades / hands-on) custom homes construction experience
