Job Title: Urologist
Location: El Dorado, Arkansas
Salary: A competitive salary with a commencement bonus of $100,000 and potential training stipend is offered for eligible candidates. Additionally, CME expenses, relocation assistance, and up to $150,000 in medical education debt assistance are included.
Job Summary: Seeking a highly qualified Urologist to join a specialty department in El Dorado, Arkansas. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in bread and butter Urology and have experience with start-up.
Roles and Responsibilities:
-Provide professional medical care as it relates to Urology
-Uphold hospital bylaws regarding call coverage
-Work collaboratively with MDs and CRNAs in Anesthesia
-Maintain office and necessary equipment
-Comply with J1 and H1B visa assistance requirements
Qualifications:
-Must possess ABMS/AOA Board Certification or Eligibility with Certification in Process
-Prior experience in Urology is preferred
-Must demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience and Skills:
-Familiarity with medical and office equipment
-Ability to work collaboratively with other medical professionals
-Strong organizational and time management skills
-Superior critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
