Global designer and manufacturer of custom heat exchangers supplying the Energy, Food, Pharma, Environmental, and General Industrial.



Manage the sales activities of the organization for a specific geographical area and market category.  

Manage existing customers and develop new customers in order to deliver Sales targets.  

Develop strategies to gain and retain customers and ensure that budgeted sales and margins targets are met.  

Manage the forecast process. 

Work collaboratively with the Inside Sales and Design Team to achieve goals, escalate revenue gains and advance the sales cycle of the company.  

Be involved in the phases of the design and development process for the projects.



BS/BA Business or Engineering.

8+ years of experience relating to Heat Transfer Equipment systems.

A proven track record in business development, identifying and contacting potential clients at both the regional and national level in multiple regions across the US market through both personal network and pro-active marketing methods.

Experience relating to engineered solution sales, marketing, and product development.

Business experience and knowledge, relating to large capital projects in particular, as well as technical related acumen more than sufficient to inspire confidence in clients and solve complex problems.

Self-directed, aggressive with a track record of working within a positive, highly motivated, team-oriented work environment.

Commercial acumen; incentive development, pricing strategy.


Comp / Benefits

Base $125-135K + Signing bonus, + up to 60% bonus program, Health, Company 5% SEP IRA, Vacation, Travel Expenses, Car Allowance, Laptop, Cell.
