Technical Product Support Specialist

Product Support Specialist- Solon, OH area (in office w/ some flexibility)

75+ year old manufacturing company , based in NE Ohio, is looking to grow their Product Support Team/Field Support Team.

This role is an internal function, that will support customers by phone, email and some limited travel (less than 20%).

This individual will train on usage of equipment, trouble shoot and sometimes assist in installation of equipment, as needed.

This individual will have an electrical/mechanical knowledge, computer experience in Microsoft/Office and Dynamics and will travel as needed.

Organizational skills and communication skills are a must for this individual to be successful- as they will be taking incoming calls regarding machinery that may be down or malfunctioning and working directly with customers.
