This position will work with revenue achievement with long term customers and develop those relationships and create a plan to present technical education expertise to the sales process in order achieve market share by demonstrating solutions that their products can provide.
Candidates much build relationships, and help with issue resolutions. Regularly evaluate customer needs and provide action steps. Eleviate any escalations that might occur. Adapt to customer changes and introduce new product solutions. Create and present product demonstrations and instruction to assist sales team. Provide support at all stages of the sales cycle, pre-sale support, after-sale support and ongoing support.
