• They need to be generalists who can do both Individual and Corporate returns. • Specializations in HNWI (Estates/Trusts/Gifts), Auto Dealerships or International (foreign firms wanting to set up business in US) would be an added plus • Must have reviewing experience • Need CPA • Must have experience using CCH platform • Preference would be from mid-sized firms vs. very small (or Big Four) • Pay will range from $130k – $200k depending on experience – 6% bonus is also able to be earned based on performance
