Our client needs a Tax Law Associate IN their Cleveland office. This person will have excellent academic credentials and communication skills. Former federal clerkships are a plus. An LLM in Tax is a plus. Candidates should have 2-4 years of tax law experience, either at a law firm, accounting firm, or in-house. Experience in transactional business matters, including demonstrated experience with general transactional work and tax structuring for transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations is preferred.
