We are recruiting for a lateral Tax Associate Attorney with meaningful corporate and partnership income tax experience to join a firm in North Carolina. The ideal candidate would have more than three years of general corporate and partnership income tax planning and structuring experience in a law firm setting, as well as excellent academic credentials.
Employment type: Full-time
Flexibility: Hybrid in North Carolina (can be local to Raleigh, Greensboro, Wilmington, or Charlotte)
Pay: $175k-$230k depending on experience
