The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate should include the following:
Mentoring, training and supervising eight maintenance mechanics who perform a variety of industrial maintenance
Getting certified with refrigeration if not already
Working second shift weekdays as well as one weekend per month

Must have three or more years of supervisory experience over industrial maintenance employees
Must have three or more years of industrial maintenance experience
Possess the ability to work second shift and one weekend per month
