An established Wholesale Manufacturer of sporting and recreational apparel in NYC is looking to fill a Sr. Technical Design position working with women’s Yoga Apparel.
Responsibilities
Owning tech pack and any updates once PO made
Working closely with design/merch/sales on all details
Owning hangtags/packaging and placement/folding method
Handling 1st proto, PP, TOP
Assisting with new developments
Production approvals
Trim approvals (zippers, buttons, snaps, elastic)
Color approval (trims, fabric swatches, mini batch headers, Pre Production Header)
Quality approval (stretch and recovery/general knowledge of performance attributes)
Organization skills will be hugely important
Follow up and calendar aware – will be the liaison between design and production
