Sr. Sales Solution Consultant -– Construction

Location: Chicago or anywhere in teh Midwest

 

Company that provides AI solutions to the construction sector is looking for an Account Executive / Solution Consultant in the Midwest and one in the Northeast.

 

The individual MUST be a hunter and have a background & proven track record of success in selling technology into the construction sector.

 

We’re recruiting individuals who are passionate about the intersection of technology and construction (very large projects).  Recruiting people that believe the impact of these advanced technologies can change the construction industry.

 

Responsibilities:

 

        Individual will focus on targeting new accounts within a defined territory

        They will prospect, participate in outbound activities and develop existing accounts

        Work as a ‘consultant’ to build trust and credibility with customers

        Be expected to build, manage and maintain the sale pipeline

        Map and develop existing customer base to grow partnership through added value

        Build, manage and maintain the sale pipeline with accurate forecasting

        Provide accurate forecasting and reporting

        Understand construction companies business needs

 

Qualifications:

 

        Experience in sales to construction sector or executive in that sector   – must

        Have sold technology into the construction industry

        Credibility in the construction sector

        Passionate about construction and/or technology and believe in the impact that using advanced technologies could bring the construction industry

        Excellent stakeholder management and networking skills

        Determined and target orientated

        Copes well under pressure

 

        Sr. Business Development Managers with ERN 100 GCs who want to get into technology sales will be considered
