Responsibilities:
— Maintain and improve the performance of production processes and equipment.
— Lead teams in critical KPI target attainment – OEE %, technical availability, MTBF, and MTTR.
Qualifications:
— BS Engineering degree with 5+ years experience as Manufacturing/ CI Engineer in state of the art Equipment, Consumer Goods, Metalworking Industries.
— Solid technical knowledge of TPM, PM, OEE, 5S, CIP, ISO.
— Manufacturing/ Equipment experience with fanuc robots, machining, milling, lazor cutting, plating, brazing or related
— Lean production background implementing continuous improvements for TPM programs.
— Solid background in analytical, problem solving, team building, and muti cultural leadership.
