Highly regarded corporation in the greater Knoxville area is growing! They will be adding a Software Engineer to their R&D group to design control firmware and embedded systems. Prefer candidates with experience in C firmware for embedded systems. Will work with instrument technology and firmware for machinery control.
This company produces highly-sophisticated equipment involving electromechanical control systems. Software Engineers work very closely with the R&D team so excellent communication skills (written and verbal) is required. This is a complex product involving controllers and data generators. The Software Engineer will work with legacy products as well as new product design.
Excellent work environment for a creative Software Engineer who likes to solve problems and “bring a product to life”. Will work as part of an Engineering team.
Position requires a technical BS degree (Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering preferred).
