Job Overview:
Under the direction of the Service Manager, the Service Advisor is responsible for serving as a liaison between the customer and technicians – which involves scheduling repairs, assigning work to technicians, preparing repair orders, billing repair orders, entering work orders into the computer system, ordering shop supplies according to procedures and consulting with insurance companies. This is a Monday – Friday, second-shift position.
Pay: $60,000/year or more (based on experience)
Shift: 2:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. (Monday – Friday)
Shift Premium: There is a $5,000.00/yr ($192.31, bi-weekly) 2nd shift differential, paid bi-weekly.
Working Arrangement: On-Site (100%)
