  • Define requirements, tasks, and resources associated to SEO/SEM strategy
  • Manage and execute implementation of SEO/SEM strategy
  • Drive rapid SEM growth while meeting conversion and ROI targets
  • Drive long term traffic growth within each brand’s SEO landscape
  • Communication to team and management on strategy/project development, timelines, and results
  • Keep pace with SEO, PPC, search engine, internet marketing industry trends and best practices
  • Perform keyword research in coordination with business objectives to optimize existing content, define quick wins (PPC) and uncover new opportunities
  • Develop PPC ad copy, create experiments, and provide recommendations to improve overall campaign performance.
  • Optimize PPC bidding strategies across multiple brands
  • Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages
  • Provide recommendations and execute/manage strategies for content development in coordination with SEO/SEM goals
  • Develop and implement link building strategies
  • Monitor and evaluate search results and paid performance across the major search channels to improve rankings and maximize conversions
  • Leverage data analyzed through PPC platforms and Google Analytics into future business opportunities
  • Regular attendance is required
  • Communicate effectively with other departments within the organization and function within a team environment

Minimum Requirements:

  • Knowledge of paid media platforms (Google & Bing) and optimizing data gathered from both organic and paid sources
  • Strong understanding of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) process
  • Experience managing and optimizing PPC Campaigns
  • Experience working with organic search tools such as Moz, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Keyword Planner, BuzzStream, Majestic, Ahrefs, or others
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools
  • A passion for SEO/SEM and overall internet marketing
  • An ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points
  • An ability to think creatively, strategically, and analytically to identify and resolve problems
  • An attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere
  • A high level of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
  • An excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skillset

Education and Experience:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • BS/BA degree required
