This position will oversee a team in the Human Resources department. The Senior Training Manager will identify and monitor training needs in the organization, and design, plan, and implement training programs, policies, and procedures in support of the implementation of High-Performance Work Systems.  Conduct training and development programs for employees while recognizing that training offers a way for developing skills, enhancing productivity and increases quality of work.
The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree with a proven track record of developing training programs for employees using High Performance Work Systems. Must have experience supervising people in an HPWS environment to be considered and must come from consumer products or high speed manufacturing. 
Must possess excellent organizational skills, experience building teams, and experience with learning/documentation management systems.
