The Senior IT Auditor is responsible for the timely and effective execution of risk-based audits covering a variety of areas within internal controls, SOX, cybersecurity, business applications, IT infrastructure, IT operations, cloud, etc.
- Identify audit issues, root cause(s), and risks.
- Present findings, recommendations, and action plans that address weaknesses, mitigates risk, improves internal controls, and ensures compliance with Corporate, SOX, and industry regulatory requirements.
- Must be able to work independently and within a team environment.
- Participate in the Annual Risk Assessment of Information Technology processes, systems, and best practices.
- Lead in the planning, execution, and reporting process.
- Assess the efficiency and effectiveness of existing internal controls.
- Manage junior/staff auditors as assigned.
