Senior ERP analyst

What you will do

·         As a member of a team of JD Edwards functional and technical analysts, you will provide overall system support and bolt-on applications, including DSI, Loftware, Hubble, Oracle Value Chain Planning, Coupa, and Vendavo. 

·         Act as a contact for Enterprise Applications issues and requests. Leverage your JDE functional & technical knowledge as well as your SQL expertise to troubleshoot and resolve production issues 

·         Assist with the execution of various strategic initiatives in Enterprise Applications including enhancements, integrations, and upgrades 

·         Collaborate with Business Engagement Managers and end users in sales, customer service, warehousing, and transportation to ensure effective problem resolution 

·         Work closely with the EDI Analyst to troubleshoot transactional issues and assist with testing and onboarding of new trading partners 

·         Develop application and report specifications 

·         Prepare and execute test cases 

·         Prepare technical and end-user documentation 

·         Manage change control process to ensure proper testing, validation, acceptance, and approvals prior to production release 

·         Share on-call responsibility for after-hours technical and functional support during evenings, weekends, and holidays.

·         Travel 10 to 15% 

What you will need

·         Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or equivalent combination of education and related experience 

·         Over five years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle JD Edwards 9.1 or higher 

·         Knowledge of JDE Orchestrator preferred 

·         Knowledge of JDE Advanced Pricing preferred 

·         Knowledge of EDI sales order processing 

·         Able to develop SQL scripts to analyze and troubleshoot transaction errors at the database level 

·         Strong business acumen and knowledge of distribution, supply chain, and manufacturing processes 

·         Able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization including business leaders and technical resources 

·         Strong organizational and interpersonal skills 

·         Able to manage multiple competing priorities 

·         Self-motivated with a desire and aptitude to learn, improve and innovate
