Our client’s Estimating/Preconstruction Department is searching for a focused, professional Construction Senior Estimator with experience in estimating management for the home building and/or commercial construction industry. They are looking for highly competent self-starters who possess strong communication, problem solving and team building skills to Develop/Build & Grow a Precon Estimating Department to it’s full potential.

Assumes the role of Estimating Manager for different internal divisions.
Leads Department to produce job estimate packages for all developments within the company for all divisions.
Establishes and monitors budgets and product specifications on all homes built within assigned locations in part through
the approval of labor and material purchase orders.
Assists Team with any necessary cost analysis, variance and margin reporting.
Fosters professional relationships with field office personnel in order to maintain strong communication between subs/vendors & the company.
Requirements and Qualifications
Prefer individuals with 8+ years’ experience in estimating within the commercial or homebuilding
Bachelors Degree in Construction, Business, or other related field preferred.
High level of understanding of Estimating and Preconstruction + Team Development & Management.
Extensive knowledge of the homebuilding or Commercial Construction process.
Strong computer skills for Estimating/Preconstruction (Excel, Word, BuilderTrend, OnScreenTakeoff, etc.).
