Senior Business Law Associate

Our Client is seeking a senior associate to join their Business Law group. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of business law experience, preferably in the M&A and/or corporate financing space.

The ideal candidate will also have strong communication, research and writing skills, and the ability to analyze a wide range of business law issues and produce practical and creative solutions to achieve client goals. Candidates must be able to thrive in a teamwork-oriented environment and possess exceptional research and drafting skills. Our Client’s attorneys handle cutting-edge, complex matters on a national basis across all practice areas, while retaining the work ethic, rates, and user-friendly attitudes reflective of the firm’s Midwest origins.
