Qualifications:

·       Extensive knowledge of manufacturing technology and business processes within various computer platforms/systems in the manufacturing/supply chain domain (5+ years of experience).

·       Demonstrated expertise in MES, including System configuration, POD, Data Collection, SDK, SAP ME Web Services, and Manufacturing ERP Systems (8+ years of experience).

·       Proficiency in configuring Dashboards and setting up a Basic Production Line in SAP ME.

·       In-depth understanding of Manufacturing, Shop Floor, Industry 4.0, Supply Chain/SCM, Planning, and SAP Manufacturing Integration and Intelligence.

·       Strong development experience in Java with a good understanding of its ecosystems. Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) Patterns and Concepts. Understanding of the concepts of MVC (Model-View-Controller) Pattern, JDBC (Java Database Connectivity), and RESTful web services.

·       Web Technologies like HTML, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery.

·       Proficient in managing implementation project life cycles, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, cut-over, and go-live support.

·       Prior experience with large-scale ERP implementations in global contexts.

·       Proven track record of leading productive work sessions with multiple stakeholders.

 

Essential Duties:

·       Customize and maintain manufacturing and equipment management workflows in SAP/MES.

·       Establish and integrate interfaces with upstream and downstream systems.

·       Support the alignment of Digital Manufacturing Operations projects, emphasizing process integration. Deliver training sessions to local key users on MES processes.

·       Oversee analysis, research, and design for Technical and Functional architecture, as well as the development of innovative features and integration within SAP ecosystems.

·       Engage with Key Users and Business partners to understand requirements and translate them into effective solution designs. Identify areas for enhancement, troubleshoot issues, automate processes, and lead development and implementation efforts.

·       Mitigate risks and address issues through effective planning and management.

 

Education:

·       Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
