The Account Manager will play a critical role in the early sales cycle and will often be the first contact for prospective customers Breakdown of responsibilities:
60% Business development related work
30% Account Expansion (a bit of a customer success hat)
10% Marketing (company outreach to life science events)
As a Account Manager, you are an ambitious and organized professional who loves working with prospective customers and bringing in sales leads. You are responsible for making a positive impression by being responsible for the first portion of a new prospects sales journey. The goal is to create great customer experiences by being a product expert and consulting with customers to identify their needs and pain points.
