- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with the company’s objectives, ensuring consistent growth in revenue and market share.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Customer Service Excellence: Prioritize the delivery of exceptional customer service by fostering strong client relationships, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Continuous Improvement (CI): Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the sales team, implementing best practices, and optimizing sales processes.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Budget Management: Collaborate with the executive team to establish and manage the annual sales budget, ensuring that targets are met and resources are allocated effectively.
- Sales Reporting: Regularly report on sales performance, KPIs, and market trends to the management team.
- Recruitment and Training: Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary for success.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within a manufacturing or related industry.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Strong commitment to continuous improvement (CI) principles and practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
