Staff pharmacist job description:

Our small yet ever growing community pharmacy is seeking a skilled and compassionate STAFF PHARMACIST.

Responsibilities:
– Dispense medications accurately and efficiently to patients.
– Review medication orders for appropriateness, safety, and efficacy
– Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
– Provide drug information and counseling to patients and healthcare providers
– Monitor patient medication therapy for effectiveness and adverse effects
– Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
– Ensure compliance with all pharmacy laws, regulations, and standards of practice

A Spanish speaker would be a plus
