Our client is looking for a passionate Registered Nurse who is looking for a consistent schedule with the ability to make great relationships with patients. The ideal candidate will have experience working in Assisted Care, Memory Care, or similar facilities. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
Requirements:
- Candidates are required to have an active RN license for the state of Minnesota.
- Experience with giving RN care according to state and federal laws
- The ideal candidate will have experience working in Assisted Living, Memory Care, or other facilities but not required
- Experience with giving assessments of patients and creating care plans
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and hospitality skills
- Strong computer skills with the ability to utilize a variety of electronic devices
- Support quality care and quality initiatives within the organization
- Support other staff in the organization while encouraging a positive work environment
- Experience working between residents, families, and team members to coordinate plans
- Assists with training, onboarding, and coaching of unlicensed team members in the proper performance of nurse-delegated tasks.
