Working in key hospital accounts with discharge planning team including physicians, social workers, and RN case managers to identify and facilitate patient discharges for home nutrition therapies
Enteral and TPN therapy teaching for patients and staff
Maintain and increase referrals to home from existing and new accounts
Requirements:
Registered Dietitian with current license in WA
Bachelor’s Degree in Food/Nutrition or Dietetics
Minimum one year clinical nutrition support experience
