Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with Autism and related disorders? Join our team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where your expertise will support significant positive changes in the lives of clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in one-on-one sessions with clients, implementing personalized goals from treatment and behavior intervention plans.
  • Work closely with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to monitor and report progress.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices and innovative approaches to encourage positive behavioral changes.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and records of client interactions.
  • Stay informed on current research and advancements in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.

Required Qualifications:

  • Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential.
  • Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related conditions.
  • Strong grasp of ABA principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Commitment to making a meaningful impact on the lives of children.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Ability to clear state and federal background checks.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active RBT credential.
  • Experience in ABA therapy.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Current fingerprint clearance card.
  • Valid CPR/First Aid certification.
  • Previous experience working with children.
