As Regional Sales Manager you will be assigned a territory of MN, IA, IL, WI, ND, SD, MO
This is full remote and will be supplied with a company car, gas and maintenance card, laptop computer, cell phone and compensated for other approved expenses (office equipment and services), all reasonable travel expenses and lodging are also compensated. You will be compensated primarily by a salary plan plus commission and will train in Minnesota.
In this role you will be responsible to grow sales of industrial products in the Midwest region, prospecting and negotiating products and service contract sales opportunities working with a distribution channel, as well as making joint sales calls with the distributor reps and liaise with end-user national accounts. This position will be looked upon as a Subject Matter Expert, proficient in marketing insights and feedback, provide hands-on application of the products, productivity testing and will be provided training with the outgoing sales manager who is preparing for retirement.
Ideal candidate should have a technical background in the sales and application of band saw machines or industrial machinery. Strong consideration will be given to a sales professional with a background in other metal process equipment/tooling manufacturing.
