As Regional Sales Manager you will be responsible to grow sales of industrial products and associated services in the western U.S. region. This is a fully remote position and you will be supplied with a company car, gas, maintenance card, laptop computer, cell phone, and will be compensated for other necessary and approved office equipment and services. |
The primary responsibility is to prospect and negotiate industrial machine, coolant and service contract sales opportunities working with a distribution channel, make joint sales calls (with distributor reps), and liaise with end-user National Accounts. This role will also be responsible for identifying and recruiting new distribution channel members. The individual will conduct hands-on application of our products, productivity testing, and provide machine demonstrations when required. This position also provides marketing insight and feedback. After appropriate training and familiarity with the product line, this role will be looked upon as a Subject Matter Expert. To be successful in this role you must demonstrate the core values to both internal and external customers daily. |
Our ideal candidate should have a technical background in the sales and application of industrial machinery. Strong consideration will be given to a sales professional with a background in other metal process equipment/tooling manufacturing. A professional and positive attitude is paramount…anyone without this, need not apply! As Regional Sales Manager, you will be compensated primarily by a salary plan (commensurate with experience) plus commissions.
