Our client, a top national law firm, is seeking a highly-qualified and motivated Associate to join their Real Estate Development & Investments practice group in Austin.

Candidate Profile:

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
• Bar Admission in Texas.
• 2-4 years of experience in real estate transactions, including the acquisition, disposition, and development of residential and/or commercial properties.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, sophisticated law firm environment.
• Strong legal drafting and writing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on acquisition, development, and mixed-use planned community projects (horizontal and vertical) for local, regional, and national builders and developers.
• Handle transactions related to residential and commercial real estate developments in Texas and nationally.
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys and support staff on high-profile real estate projects in a dynamic and interactive practice.
