TITLE: Radiology Manager
LOCATION: Salina, KS

What they’re looking for:
• Graduate from an AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology.
• Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
• Looking for someone with a few years experience and open to someone that is ready to take the next step in their career.
Hours and compensation potential:
• Position is full time Monday-Friday. The Manager does need to take on-call one night a week(can stay in a room).
• The range is between 59K-84K depending on experience. On Call is $2hr and its time and a half if called in.
• Full benefits package including relocation assistance.
What you’ll be doing:

• Additionally, candidates should have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively lead, train, and motivate team members to maintain a high level of patient care.
• Plan, direct, and supervise all technical aspects of services provided by the Radiology Department
• Supervise technologists in X-Ray, CT, Ultrasound, MRI and other special procedures
• Develop, implement, and maintain procedural guidelines in performance of radiographic exams to include quality assurance monitoring, system applications, equipment maintenance and troubleshooting, and reporting requirements

• Reports to the Director of Ancillary Services. The manager would oversee five full-time Radiology Techs and one full-time Sonographer.
