We are currently seeking a Quality Manager that not only enjoys building and maintaining quality systems, but enjoys developing superior teams that bring results. As the Quality Manager you will be tasked with evaluating and building exceptional quality systems for a large Food Manufacturing organization. A large portion of your focus will be in developing team members for future organizational bench strength. You will also be a key member of the “Round Table” and your expertise will be called upon in developing organizational systems for long term industry sustainability. This position reports to the Corporate Quality Manager.

·         5 years of proven Quality Leadership within a Food Manufacturing operation

·         BS Degree in Food Science or Microbiology

·         Exceptional teaching, team building and training abilities
