The Manager of Quality and Food Safety is responsible for leading, developing, implementing, and monitoring all aspects of quality and food safety. This involves leading QA personnel, overseeing the sanitation crew, ensuring FSMA and FDA compliance as well as making sure the HACCP plan is deployed.
