Job Title: Pulmonologist/Pulmonary Disease

 

Location: Cleveland, TN

 

Salary: This position offers a competitive salary and an attractive benefits package including an annual CME allowance, medical education debt assistance, and vacation and health, dental, and vision benefits.

 

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Pulmonologist/Pulmonary Disease specialist to join a team of four full-time physicians. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive clinic-based care and perform hospital work as necessary. The practice is supported by an affiliated local hospital located on the hospital campus with one office.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

 

• Lead medical diagnosis and treatment for patients with pulmonary diseases and conditions

• Perform pulmonary diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, including bronchoscopy

• Analyze laboratory and diagnostic imagery results

• Evaluate and collaborate with other healthcare professionals

• Prescribe medications and treatments

• Provide patient education and support

 

Qualifications:

 

• MD or DO degree and board certification in Pulmonology

• Active medical license in the state of Tennessee

• 2+ years of experience preferred, though new graduates are welcome to apply

 

Experience and Skills:

 

• Expertise in diagnosing and treating pulmonary diseases and conditions

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Sound clinical judgement and decision-making skills

• Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping and documentation abilities
