We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Plumbing/HVAC Project Manager to join our team. This position requires exceptional leadership skills, a strong understanding of the commercial plumbing and HVAC industry, and a commitment to delivering high-quality projects on time and on budget.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of commercial and military HVAC and plumbing projects ranging from $1M to $20M.
- Coordinate and direct project planning, budgeting, and implementation.
- Effectively manage change orders and RFIs, ensuring all changes are communicated and approved in a timely manner.
- Conduct comprehensive project estimating and scheduling.
- Collaborate with a range of staff, contractors, and clients to ensure project goals and timelines are met.
- Review and analyze project specifications and blueprints using Bluebeam.
- Utilize Excel for data management and reporting.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with local and federal regulations.
- Address any issues or delays to keep the project on track.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in commercial plumbing and HVAC, with a focus on medium to large projects.
- Experience working on both commercial and military projects is a must.
- Proficient in using Bluebeam and Excel.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects.
- Stable work history indicating reliability and dedication.
