Our client is a leader in interior architectural design.  Based on continuous growth and expansion, they’re looking to add a Project Manager to their team in Charlotte, NC.  
The project manager is responsible for all facets for product installation projects to include schedule, budget, quality, risk, management of subcontractors, planning, construction, occupancy and closeout.   
Responsibilities & Requirements:
  • Works with Project Team to define project scope, meeting regularly with all stakeholders to ensure excellent communication with overall project success
  • Read and interpret construction documents
  • Manage installation teams
  • Track progress of each project against goals, objectives, approved budgets, approved timelines, reporting status and variance
  • Work directly with in-house design and product manufacturing partners
  • On-site subcontractor meetings and installation oversight
  • Site evaluation and punch walks
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years working as a Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager or Superintendent in commercial architectural design or construction.
