  • Performing program planning management
  • Overseeing new product development from concept to completion
  • Leading and overseeing project teams
  • Interfacing with the customer
  • Scheduling
  • Performing budgetary responsibilities
  • Keeping programs on time and in budget
  • Acquiring resources
  • Providing status updates
The background of the successful candidate must include the following:
  • An engineering degree
  • Three years of project management experience
  • Three years of new product development experience
  • Some experience leading a team
  • A solid work history
  • A US citizen or possess a green card
  • A residence within 45 minutes
