Responsible for identifying and recommending customer solutions, system analysis, and component selection for new and existing customers. Troubleshoot customer issues. Responsible for project planning, modeling/analysis, and providing quotations support.
– Acts as the subject matter expert for the Connector product line for the company.
– Develop, identity and maintain customer relationships and opportunities and increase
market share for the assigned product line. Establishes and maintains strong customer
relations using sales skills, product knowledge, and knowledge of customer’s business.
– Understands products and present solutions independently.
– Meets with customers to demonstrate and explain features and benefits of products
and services. Develops and presents information to promote the acceptance of
products and/or services at customer locations.
