Process Safety Engineer

Highly respected industry leader within the chemical industry is searching for a plant level, Process Safety Engineer for their large chemical plant complex in Iowa.  The company will offer a very competitive compensation and relocation package.  

Candidate must have a Bachelor degree in Engineering (chemical highly preferred) with at least one year of process safety and the continued desire to become a PSM subject matter expert.  This position will report into the Engineering Manager.

Major responsibilities involve the ongoing development, implementation, and improvement of the facility PSM system based on the OSHA PSM standard and EPA’s Risk Management Plant (RMP) regulations.
