Job Description: Our client is a world class leader producing food additives, pharmaceuticals, and specialty chemicals. This site is a 300-person food additives plant that uses spray drying and fermentation. This site is in the midst of a long-term plan to convert from a PLC system to DeltaV controls. This person will be part of a three person controls group that is responsible for the conversion which includes design work as well as installation, programming, and start-up. The parent company is a large Fortune 2000 company with multiple facilities throughout the United States and the World. Relocation assistance is offered with this position. Minimal travel associated with this role.
Minimum Requirements:
B.S. in Electrical or Chemical Engineering with 3 plus years’ experience
Candidates must have DeltaV DCS controls experience out of chemicals or foods and experience control system upgrades
Pluses would be experience with Allen Bradley PLCs, Rockwell PLC 5, SLCs, Control Logix, and/or Wonderware HMI
