Polymer Technical Service Representative

What you will be doing:

This person will be a part of tech service group at a 200-person site to serve as a liaison between the customers and on site internal sales, R&D, and engineering departments with the primary directive being to solve any customer problems that come up including coordinating the development of new products. These silicon resins are used for medical devices, building products, automotive parts, and coating paper. This site operates two production plants with a 3^rd in the initial design stage. This person will provide open communication and leadership to all levels in the organization. Initiating, planning, and managing application development & low complexity product development projects. Will be involved in customer interfacing and travel 25-30%.

Minimum Requirements:

• B.S. in Science
• 5+ years out of silicones, polyolefins, resins, polymers, or elastomers
• Tech service experience is ideal but not required
• Medical device experience would be a plus
