Plant Controller

Our client has six of its own production facilities on three continents and over 50 years of experience, my client is dedicated to the creation of innovative solutions that meet the needs of modern mobility through the creation of automotive gears and parts. OEMs and First Tier Suppliers all over the world trust in their customized components and systems for automotive applications. They have the capabilities to partner with their customers at every project stage; from design, engineering and prototyping through testing and validation to series production and stock management.  Currently, our client is looking to employ an Plant Controller based out of Philipsburg, PA.

As a Controller some of the requirements for this role include:

**  The Plant Controller is responsible for planning and coordinating plant budget and business planning activities in alignment with corporate policies and practices. The incumbent will provide financial direction to the plant and provide recommendations to improve site performance.

**  Evaluate all reports and maintain financial accuracy for all plant processes and analyze all business trends and provide required explanations.

**  Monitor all activities and ensure compliance to all corporate standards.

**  Develop profit and loss metrics to facilitate key performance indicators.

**  Evaluate all performance of various plant activities and ensure achievement of all goals and prepare and analyze all financial statements.

Preferred Qualifications and experience:

Three plus years experience as a controller in an automotive industry environment.

Experience leading and managing professionals (This role will have one direct report)

BS Degree in Accounting or Finance
