Experience Desired: We are recruiting on Purpose a Sr. Structural Engineering Project Manager for our client’s Atlanta Office.
The qualified candidate must be a licensed P.E. or S.E. and have a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in the structural design of timber, steel, concrete, and masonry structures.
Responsibilities: • Assist Principal-in-Charge with project scope and fee development. • Plan projects, maintain schedules, and budget in the following market sectors: Commercial Office, Government (Local, State, and Federal), Healthcare, Higher Education, Hospitality, Industrial, K-12 Education, Mixed Use, Movie Studios, MultiFamily, Recreation, Religious, and Retail. • Work with the Engineer of Record to develop structural concepts for projects. • Maintain quality control of projects. • Mentor and train team members. • Maintain client relationships and exceed client expectations.
Desired Skills & Experience: • Licensed P.E. or S.E. with a minimum of eight (8) years of structural experience. • Self-motivated professional who can work and collaborate in a team environment. • Experience with commercial design software including but not limited to Bentley products, CSI products, ENERCALC, Adapt, etc. • Experience with Autodesk Revit Structure software. • Well-versed in building design codes and reference standards. • Strong written and oral communication skills.
