Job Summary: We are seeking a highly competent Otolaryngologist to join our team in Scranton, Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing the highest quality of patient care.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

 

• Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations and assessments for patients

• Recommend and provide treatment plans for various conditions

• Perform surgical procedures and other related duties

• Establish collaborative relationships with other healthcare providers

• Adhere to professional codes of conduct, standards, and regulations

• Maintain accurate patient records

 

Qualifications:

 

• Board Certification in Otolaryngology (OTO)

• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Otolaryngology

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to make decisions in a timely and accurate manner

• Commitment to patient safety and quality care

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

 

Experience and Skills:

 

• Prior clinical experience in a similar role

• Proven track record of providing patient-centered care

• Proficiency in the use of electronic health records (EHR)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
