Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Otolaryngologist to join our multispecialty team in Cleveland, Tennessee. The successful candidate will join one other Otolaryngologist and provide a mix of inpatient and outpatient care, with the majority of ENT procedures to be performed in the ASC. Anticipated call coverage is 1:2, likely weekdays only and there is the potential for share ownership.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

 

– Diagnose and treat diseases and disorders of the ear, nose, and throat

– Perform ENT surgical procedures

– Manage patient care and treatment plans

– Collaborate with multispecialty team to ensure best outcomes

– Educate and counsel patients on treatment plans

– Utilize best practice guidelines for patient care

 

Qualifications:

 

– MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school

– Completion of Otolaryngology residency

– Board Certified/Eligible in Otolaryngology

– Active, valid medical license in the state of Tennessee

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

 

Experience and Skills:

 

– At least 3-5 years of Otolaryngology experience

– Intuitive and critical thinking skills

– Proficiency in MS Office and EMR systems

– Ability to multitask and prioritize

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
